- Dealing with sales enquiries, pricing and orders with all existing customers and developing new business by telephone and email.
- Sales related customer services and account managing.
- Entering all data from sales/delivery transactions into bespoke database
- Scheduling delivery arrangements with customers via the transport manager
- Supporting accounts department on all account matters
- Working to monthly sales targets
- Supporting management on all sales related matters
- Liaising with Transport Manager and Drivers
- Introducing and up-selling of other products
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Good attention to detail
- A polite and friendly manner
